Every claim carries its source

Language models are confident even when they're wrong. FileAI is built so you never have to take its word for it: answers quote your documents, name the file, and open the passage they came from.

  • Grounded retrieval. Answers draw only from the documents you select — nothing else.
  • Numbered citations. Each citation opens a drawer with the source file and the retrieved passage.
  • Honest about gaps. When your documents don't contain the answer, FileAI says so instead of guessing.

When can either party terminate the agreement early?

Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice once the initial term ends[1]. Immediate termination is allowed for a material breach left uncured for 14 days[2].
