AI contract analysis you can verify

Upload your agreements and ask questions in plain English. FileAI answers with the clause it is quoting — so you can check every word before you rely on it.

Stop re-reading contracts end to end

Contracts are long, repetitive, and unforgiving. The clause you need is usually buried on page 14 of one file and contradicted on page 3 of another. Reading every agreement front to back to answer a single question does not scale.

FileAI turns a stack of agreements into a workspace you can interrogate. Ask what you actually need to know, and every answer names the file and quotes the clause it came from — the opposite of a black-box summary you have to take on faith.

Ask in plain English

Questions you could ask on day one

  • Which clauses mention indemnification, and in which files?
  • When can either party terminate early, and on what notice?
  • Do any of these agreements auto-renew? Flag the renewal windows.
  • What are the payment terms and late-payment penalties?
  • Where do the NDA and the MSA disagree on confidentiality?
  • List every liability cap and the section it appears in.

Why teams trust the answers

The same principle behind everything FileAI does: never take the model's word for it.

Grounded in the clause

Every answer carries a numbered citation that opens the exact passage in the source agreement. No guessing which document it came from.

Across every agreement

Compare terms across a whole folder of contracts at once — surface conflicts, outliers, and missing clauses without opening each file.

Honest about gaps

When an agreement is silent on a point, FileAI says so instead of inventing a clause that isn't there — the failure mode that matters most in legal work.

Deep mode for long contracts

Switch to Deep mode to reason carefully across master agreements, exhibits, and amendments — it keeps working even if you close the tab.

Private by default

Agreements live in private, encrypted storage, are never served from a public folder, and are not used to train models unless you opt in.

The formats you actually get

Signed PDFs, Word drafts, and exported redlines — FileAI reads PDF, DOCX, PPTX, TXT, MD, JSON, and HTML.

Frequently asked questions

Can FileAI review a contract and cite the specific clause?
Yes. FileAI is built so every answer quotes the passage it relied on and links back to the source file, so you can confirm the clause yourself rather than trusting a summary.
Can it compare terms across multiple contracts at once?
Yes. Select a folder of agreements and ask a single question — FileAI retrieves across all of them and tells you which file each answer came from.
Is FileAI a substitute for a lawyer?
No. FileAI helps you find and verify what your documents say faster; it does not provide legal advice. Because every answer is cited, it is a research and review aid, not a decision-maker.
Are my contracts kept confidential?
Uploads are stored in private, encrypted object storage and are not used to train models unless you explicitly opt in. Deleting a document also removes the provider copies.
